Wolves Aid Donate £45,000 to Walled Garden Project

Wolves Aid has donated £45,000, spread over 3 years, to Shifnal-based charity: The Walled Garden Project.

The charity provides education and training skills in horticulture for students and young adults with physical and learning disabilities.

Project Manager, Roz Crockford, said: "We're so grateful to Wolves Aid for this fantastic donation. I am just so proud of all the students and the staff for working so hard to get this garden project together."

Wolves' goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme, who visited the project, said: "It was great to see so many youngsters benefiting from Wolves Aid support. It is a fantastic charity and I'm really pleased that I had the opportunity to come out and see the project for myself."

According to the Football League, Wolves Aid is the largest charity of its type in football donating thousands to local Wolverhampton-based charities every year. See Wolves-aid.co.uk for more details.
