Wolves Aid

In February 2008, Steve Morgan, Chairman of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club announced that he would give a proportion of The Morgan Foundation budget to Wolves’ charity Wolves Aid.

With a grant programme of over £100,000 per year, funds are targeted where they can be most effective in making a real difference to the lives of the people in this region, especially the disadvantaged and those with disabilities.

Wolves Aid specialises in supporting small to medium sized locally based organisations whose work focuses on children, families, disadvantage and disability. Any work which has a positive effect on the welfare and quality of life, or which enhances the opportunities and life choices for people in this region will be considered.

We are particularly keen to support those who have already begun to make an impact, but need a helping hand to expand their work and increase their effectiveness. Organisations who use a high level of volunteers in order to achieve their objectives are encouraged to apply.
